Carmichael Masonry & Concrete was founded in 2020 by a working masonry crew that knew the Sacramento area well and wanted to serve the community they grew up in. Carmichael was a natural fit - a neighborhood full of older homes on large lots, many of them built in the 1950s and 60s, with driveways, chimneys, and foundations that had been holding on for decades and needed real attention from someone who understood the local soil and climate.

Most of the homes we work on in Carmichael sit on Sacramento Valley clay soil that swells in the winter rains and shrinks again every dry summer. Over 30 or 40 years, that repeated cycle takes a toll on foundations, block walls, brick chimneys, and concrete flatwork.
